PokeExpedition — Terms of Use and Purchase

1. The game

PokeExpedition is a fan-made idle game. An online account is optional; it keeps your progress in the cloud and unlocks the online features (rankings, arena, ranked, guilds, bosses, trade).

2. Accounts

• Keep your password private. We never ask for it outside the game's login screen.
• Cheating, exploiting bugs, buying/selling accounts or harassing other players can lead to removal from rankings or a ban.
• Your account data (name, a hash of your password, your save and game history, IP address for security) is used only to run the game.

3. Diamonds (in-game purchases)

• Diamonds are a virtual in-game item with no cash value. They cannot be exchanged for money or transferred outside the game.
• To buy you must be 18 or older, or have permission from a parent or guardian.
• Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.
• Diamonds are delivered to your in-game Mail right after the payment is confirmed. If they do not arrive within a few minutes, contact us on Discord with your order number.
• Because diamonds are delivered immediately, purchases are final, except where the law of your country gives you a right to a refund. Opening a chargeback for a delivered purchase leads to a ban of the account.
• Prices are shown before payment. Players in Brazil pay in BRL with a discount that only applies to Brazilian cards; other players pay in USD.

4. Changes and availability

The game and its online features may change, be balanced or be discontinued. We will try to announce important changes in the game and on Discord.
